2. Contract Conclusion
By placing a product in the online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract. You accept this offer by completing the ordering process and clicking the final confirmation button. Upon successful payment, the product becomes available for download or access.
3. Prices and Payment
All prices shown are in euros and include VAT, where applicable. Payments can be made using the methods offered at checkout. Access to digital products will be granted after full payment has been received.
4. Delivery and Access
Digital products will be provided either by direct download or via access to a designated platform. Delivery takes place immediately after purchase, unless otherwise stated.
5. Right of Withdrawal and Its Expiry
Consumers generally have a statutory right to withdraw from digital product purchases within 14 days. However, this right expires if:

6. Intellectual Property Rights
All digital products are protected by copyright👉 A legal protection for original works, granting creators exclusive rights.. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal or internal professional use. Any reproduction, redistribution, or public sharing is prohibited without prior written permission.
7. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence. For minor negligence, we are only liable in the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal duties), and limited to foreseeable damages typical for this type of contract.
8. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by German law, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). If you are a consumer, the statutory regulations for consumer protection in your country of residence remain unaffected.
9. Final Provisions
Should any provision of these GTC be or become invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. Mandatory consumer protection provisions remain unaffected.
These GTC also apply to business customers, unless otherwise explicitly stated. In this case, the right of withdrawal does not apply.
