Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer, you generally have the right to withdraw from a contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
Exception for Digital Content
In the case of digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium (e.g. downloads, streaming, online courses), your right of withdrawal expires if:

The execution of the contract has begun with your prior express consent, and

You have acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal as soon as the download or access to the digital content has started.
By completing the purchase process, you expressly consent to the immediate provision of the digital content and acknowledge that you forfeit your right of withdrawal upon commencing the download or accessing the content.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract (in cases where the right of withdrawal applies), we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we receive your notice of withdrawal. Reimbursement will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by a clear statement (e.g. via email or postal letter) sent to:

This cancellation policy applies only to consumers as defined by applicable consumer protection laws. Business customers (B2B) are not entitled to this statutory right of withdrawal.
